About us and our service
This FREE websitesite took many months to set up and runs to over 50 pages. Our site is constantly updated with the very latest cases and information. We could save you £120 if just one penalty charge notice is cancelled as a result.
For 10 years we have campaigned against unfair parking enforcement and since bus lanes started to be enforced by cctv camera’s we have taken a strong interest in this too.
We have written hundreds of letters to local authorities and government departments about unfair and incorrect enforcement. We have appeared on BBC news, five live, the London evening standard, local newspapers and have assisted the BBC and ITV in the making of programmes highlighting what we consider to be unfair and revenue orientated enforcement – and it’s getting worse.
This site will tell you everything that you need to know about Bus Lanes and how to have your penalty charge notice cancelled. You will learn about the strict rules that enforcing authorities must follow but quite often do not. You will also read summerised appeal decisions where motorists have won against enforcing authorities.

All of our work takes time and costs money.

Did you know that in the year ending 2005 transport for London spent £20m on installing CCTV camera’s and projected that they would receive £23m in fines. Now that’s a good investment!
